The structure and condition of<\/strong> the sheathing largely determine the possible applications of the releases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Way Part:<\/strong>The way part corresponds in its functionality to the cylinder of a mechanical or hydraulic press and consists of two components: The outer, sometimes multi-layered \"jacket\"<\/strong> protects the release from damaging environmental influences. Its materials (fabric, plastic, metal mesh)<\/strong>are partly responsible for the elasticity, application possibilities and service life of the release. The \"soul\"<\/strong> insideis responsible for the transmission of force during release. It usually consists of a steel spring which is guided in a flexible band spiral. In the case of industrial releases, a rigid metal tube is often used instead of the band spiral, which can be precisely bent in the case of a given travel (industrial release). In order to minimize friction losses during power transmission, care should be taken when selecting the material to ensure the best possible sliding properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fabric sheaths provide good elasticity and ease of movement in dry environments.<\/strong>

End piece:<\/strong> The rotating end piece makes is easier to replace the trigger. The more robust design. Instead of fabric, the trigger is covered with a shrunk plastic coating.
