1. General<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

All services rendered by the online store Gebr. Schreck for the customer shall be
performed exclusively on the basis of the following GTC. Deviating regulations are
only valid if they have been agreed upon in writing between Gebr. Schreck and the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

a) The offers of the online store Gebr. Schreck on teh Internet are a non-binding invitation to
the customer to order goods in the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) The customer makes a binding declaration that he wishes to conclude a purchase contract
when he orders goods on the Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Gebr. Schreck is entitled to accept this offer within 5 calender days by sending a
order confirmation by e-mail. After unanswered expiration of the 5-day period,
shall be deemed to have rejected the offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Shipping<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Availability is confirmed in teh order confirmation. The dispatch takes place at the latest 5
working days after receipt of payment. In case of delivery delays, e.g. due to force majeure,
traffic disruptions and orders of higher authorities as well as other events for which Gebr. Schreck
is not responsible, no claim for damages can be raised against Gebr. Schreck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Packing and shipping costs<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

For the delivery and packaging costs Gebr. Schreck charges a pro rata lump sum. The respective
amount for deliveries within Germany and abroad are currently indicated in the store. Upon request
of the customer, express deliveries can also be made. The additional costs incurred by are borne
by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Prices and payment<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

a) All stated prices are final prices, which include any applicable value added tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) The final prices do not include the costs for packaging and shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Due to the constant updating of the Internet pages of the online store, information
provided at an earlier point in time regarding the price and condition of the goods loses
its validity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) The stated price and delivery terms at teh time of the customer's order
are decisive for invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) Payment for the goods shall be made in advance. Exceptions are only valid if
tehy have been agreed upon between Gebr. Schreck an the customer in writing
with respective payment conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Warranty<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

a) The customer's claims against Gebr. Schreck resulting from a defect of the goods shall be
governed by the statutory provisions.

b) The customer undertakes to inspect the goods and the invoice immediately upon receipt. He has
to inform Gebr. Schreck immediately about possible defcts. If the customer fails to notify of a defect,
the goods and invoice shall be deemed approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Defects of the goods do not include damages caused by the customer due to improper or
non-contractual handling. Decisive for the impropriety and lack of conformity are the product
specifications of Gebr. Schreck at the time of the order by customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reserve the right to make technical changes and changes in shape and color within in bounds
of what is reasonable and customary in teh trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Return<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Even if the goods ordered by the customer do not provide any reason for complaint, the customer
can cancle teh order within 14 days from receipt of teh goods without giving any reason (right of
withdrawal). It is sufficient to return the goods, or if they have not yet been delivered, a written
revocation. This special right of return exists in addition to the statutory warranty and is at the
expense of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Application rule<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Cable releases can cause injuries if used improperly. In this respect, cable releases may only
be released as intended, i.e. when screwed on. In particular, it must be ensured that cable
releases are stored in such a way that they cannot get into the hands of children or other
persons where there is a risk of improper use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Gebr. Schreck shall only be liable for damages caused ba gross negligence or international action
or by culpable violation of an essential contractual obligation can caused by itself or by one of its vicarious
agents. Claims for damages beyond this are exluded. The provisions of the Product Liability Act shall remain
unaffected. Furthermore, Gebr. Schreck shall not be liable for the unrestricted availability of the online store
itself, as is cannot guarantee the fluid and error-free data communication via the Internet that is a prerequisite for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Copyright<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

All third-party logos, images and graphics displayed are the property of the respective companies and
are subject to the copyright of the respective licensors. All photos, logo, texts, reports, scripts and

11. Place of jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

a) Unless otherwise provided by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Gebr. Schreck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) German law shall apply to all disputes possibly arising from this relationship. The application
of UN sales law is excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Validity of the GTC<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

With an order, teh general terms and conditions of the online store are accepted. should a
provision of these General Terms and Conditions, for whatever reason, be invalid, the validity
of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Verbal agreements require written confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
