Release parts

The design of the release part depends on the type of mounting at the release point. Common variants are scre-in thread (Fig.1) and 7mm / 8mm threaded tube (Fig.2 u. 3). The latter is usually chosen for sheet metal feedthroughs, where is screwed on with 2 nuts. The advantage here is teh possibillity of precise adjustment during installation. The design of the piston pin emerging from teh trigger also depends on the application requirements. Either with thread for screwing into a lever or with round head for direct action on a switch (Fig.1). All visible metallic parts of our cable releases are made of brass and are nickel or chrome plated for surface protection.
